Bike Solutions Warranty

Bike Solutions LLC offers a 30 day money back guarantee on the following seats, WingSoft 1800 driver seat, WingSoft passenger seat WingSoft passenger backrest and for HD Touring Seats. WingSoft Large and WingSoft Small seats have some conditions (see below). If you are not satisfied with your WingSoft seat we can return it back to its stock condition, however the following rules apply.

 

1. If you receive your seat during a rally event or use our drive in service, your 30 day money back guarantee starts from the time you receive your seat.

 

2. For seats that are shipped to Austin, the 30 Day Money back guarantee starts the day your seat is delivered back to you.

 

3. If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us either telephonically (512-394-9601) or email (John_Kristin@bikesolutionsllc.com). Since email is not 100% effective, we recommend that you call if you have not heard from us within two business days via e-mail correspondence.

 

4.  In order to receive a refund, you must give us the stock foam we removed from your seat in order to return your seat back to its stock configuration. Once we receive your seat we will return it back to its stock configuration, and refund your money minus the return shipping costs. The OEM heated seat charge is non-refundable.

 

5. Claims for the money back guarantee after the 30 days will not be honored.

 

6. If you purchased multiple seat modifications such as the WingSoft Large complete, WingSoft Small etc, the drivers portion would not be covered by the money back guarantee, however any passenger seat modifications would be covered.

 

7. Shipping costs are not refundable and Bike Solutions LLC will not cover any shipping costs incurred for seat work under the money back guarantee.

 

8. Bike Solutions LLC does not warranty a seat that had been previously modified in any way. This includes seat modifications by third party upholstery shops, or seats that have had gel inserts installed. The WingSoft insert is designed to work in a stock seat. A seat modified prior to arriving at Bike Solutions is no longer a stock seat and is not covered by any warranty.

 

9.  Bike Solutions is not liable for seat fit and finish if the customer supplied shipping box used to sent the seat to us is not at least 36 inches long.

 

10. Bike Solutions offers a two year warranty on the foam insert. Bike Solutions will replace inserts free of charge within this two year period not including shipping costs. WingSoft replacements after the two year period will cost $50.00.

 

 11.  Forms of payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  We also accept Money Orders, Cashiers and Personnel Checks. Any personal checks returned for non sufficient funds will be charged a service fee of $55.00 in addition to any bank charges.
